Our Mission

Our policy is to ensure all aspects of our operation match the highest standards of service and that we continuously strive for improvements in performance to meet our clients’ needs for quality system certification in an efficient and cost effective manner.

To achieve customer confidence in the quality of service offered, SCI-QUAL INTERNATIONAL Pty Ltd’s own quality system has been implemented to EN 45012, with guidelines contained from the International Standard ISO 9001:2008, which embraces all the processes needed to provide an effective service and to meet our objectives, which are:

· to pursue a “user-friendly” approach with our clients in the certification process;
· to assist in facilitating adoption of sound quality management practices in Australia;
· to be active in promoting standardisation of certification practices;
· for the Sci-Qual International logo to be an international prestigious certification symbol.
